Lousy Customer Service

Here I am waiting again for Horton's to show up to do warranty work on a project completed in April. They will not produce any permits required by my development, they do not show up when scheduled and it takes several days for them to answer calls and e-mails. On their website they show beautiful flowers and filled beds and that is not what you get. Lots of bushes and straight hedgey stuff, green with little color. Still never finished the work we paid for in the front of our house and I doubt they ever will.
